• Early check-in (before 12:00 PM) & Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) at the hotel.
• Any personal expenses and entry fees to the temples, monuments, and cultural sites.
• Cable car ride to Chandragiri Hills (ticket not included, to be paid directly at the station).
• Any expenses resulting from natural events such as landslides, road closures, etc., which will be the responsibility of the traveler and must be settled on the spot.
• Airfares/Train tickets.
• Any meals other than those specified in the itinerary (e.g., lunch or any additional meals outside of breakfast and dinner).
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions section above.
• Any kind of food and beverages that are not included in the package (e.g., alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals on the highway, or other refreshments).

• Valid passport
• Photocopy of passport and visa (if applicable)
• Aadhar card or voter ID for identification
• Travel insurance (recommended for safety)
• Nepali currency (NPR) or Indian Rupees (INR) accepted in most places
• Comfortable clothing for warm days and layers for cooler evenings
• Lightweight waterproof jacket (for unpredictable weather)
• Comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing
• Sunglasses and sunscreen
• Hat or cap for sun protection
• Basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
• Power bank and charging cables for electronic devices
• Camera or phone for photography
• Medications and a first-aid kit (pain relievers, anti-allergy, etc.)
• Travel adapter for charging electronics (Nepal uses 220V with Type C, D, and M plugs)
• Snacks and water bottles (especially for day trips)
