Cancellation Timelines and Charges:

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the trip start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Please note: No refunds will be issued once a cancellation has been processed.

Refund Timeline:

In cases where a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

Some bookings may involve a non-refundable deposit or booking fee. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy:

1. If a rescheduling request is made 30 days or more before the trip date, we will accommodate the change without any cancellation charges (valid for domestic trips only).
2. If the request to reschedule is made within 30 days of the trip date, the booking amount is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted to a future date.

Weather & Government Restrictions:

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions, certain trip activities may be modified or canceled. While we will make every effort to arrange an alternative feasible activity, no refund will be issued for changes due to such circumstances.
